Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant (MORAYFIELD)

Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you play a key role in delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You provide an exceptional in‐store customer journey and empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services and ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Act as a go‐to tech expert, staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services and offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Salary & Benefits

* Hourly rate: $30.33 per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
* Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, and 150% for public holidays.
* 12 % superannuation and 10 % variable remuneration (eligibility and calculation subject to plan rules).
