The RoleYou have full responsibility for the Business Management of Industrial Air in Compressor Technique CSE (Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia). The Business Line Manager holds leadership responsibility for existing sales teams based in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia and via distributors in Bosnia and HerzegovinaDriving Sales and Marketing key initiatives in order to increase business performance and to hit all consumer sales, forecasting and other performance targetsMain aim is developing the Industrial Air Business in the CSE Region to a higher and sustainable level, achieving profitable growth targets with a strong emphasis on market share and consolidated profitabilityFull P&L responsibilityPay strong attention to digitalization and digital means of communicationDevelop, lead and motivate a strong sales team maximising the resources and optimizing the structureStrong focus on Customer satisfactionYou investigate and solve complex customers’ problems and complaints and ensure that your team is courteously communicating with costumers at all levelsYou are actively involved in sales and spend dedicated time in the field to visit customersMaintain close relationship with the Product Company to support long term product development by providing input and feedback on market trends and competitionMaintain a good interaction with other Business Lines (Aftermarket) in the region to offer best service to the customer and to profit from synergiesYou are a leader in the “safety first” concept and processesClosely follow up on business results versus trends and analyse and report on deviations from planActively support the preparation and delivery of monthly business reports and presentations to Company, Business review and executive meetings.As a member of the Management team you are a driving force for the company’s overall performance and imageMinimum RequirementsThe ideal candidate has worked in a multinational company, is an experienced people leader, working across cultures, has excellent problem-solving skills, strong people focus (not only task focused) and acknowledging the importance of people impact on business resultsProven experience in sales and marketing of industrial equipment and/or service both in direct and distributor channelsGood experience in negotiatingAnalytical approach to problem solving and risk managementBusiness oriented and able to communicate effectively with Customers at all levelsAbility to build strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleaguesLeadership skills to coach othersKnowledgeFluency in English both verbal and writing is a must furthermore one of the local languages from the CSE Region is necessary - preferably GermanRelevant B2B Industry knowledge, experience with compressed air solutions and good understanding of marketing strategies.Educational requirementsA degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing or similar due to experiencePersonality requirementsVery dynamic and proactive person with many ideas and open for new challengesResult-oriented and ambitious personality with entrepreneurial spiritExcellent commercial, diplomatic and communication skills.
