The Role
As an SMSF Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Associate Director. You will oversee a team of two accountants, manage a ledger of approximately 200 SMSFs, and maintain seamless communication with external auditors. The role is client‑facing, requiring strong relationship building with our clientele, while supporting the broader team with essential technical advice.
* 4+ years of experience as an SMSF specialist or an SMSF focus in a broader business services role.
* Proficiency in completing and reviewing SMSF accounts and tax returns to a high standard for director sign‑off.
* Experience using BGL360 software.
* CA and SPAA qualifications preferred.
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
