**New Leadership Role!**
This is a new critical role within the Baby Bunting Marketing Team to develop, implement, govern, and continuously improve centralised systems and processes for all marketing and communications activities.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Operations Manager is a highly organised marketing professional who is responsible for the workflow and project management of communications and is the key conduit between marketing campaigns, loyalty & CRM, digital and creative teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution across all channels, whilst meeting marketing and business objectives.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring that all communications and campaign activities are managed and executed using suitable systems and programs, and according to agreed campaign processes and timelines.
**Key deliverables**:
- Manage advertising planning and campaigns in accordance with the Baby Bunting marketing calendar for both Australian and New Zealand, across all channels.
- Develop, implement, govern and continuously improve centralised systems and processes for all marketing and communications activities and creative production.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and policies to streamline marketing activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of marketing strategies.
- Lead the Campaign Team to deliver all campaign assets and deliverables according to brief, budget and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices within marketing operations.
**About you**:
The Marketing Operations Manager is a highly organised marketing professional who is responsible for the workflow and project management of communications.
- Proven experience in an overarching Marketing Leadership position
- Experience in coaching and leading teams is critical
- Cross functional collaboration and influence
- Experience in change management, process improvements and recommending and delivering systems to assist with delivery of campaigns.
- Project Management Tools i.e.. Trello, Wrike, Asana
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook Business Manager, GA4 and Emarsys
- Knowledge of DAM and PIM systems advantageous
