About The Role As Area Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your region’s performance.
You’ll lead from the front, support and stretch your Store Managers, and create the conditions for exceptional customer experience and consistent commercial results. Key Responsibilities Leading and inspiring a network of 14 stores across NSWEmbedding a coaching culture where people thrive and teams win together Empowering Store Managers to deliver outstanding service and sales Driving KPIs, cost control, wage management and profitability Championing VM, compliance, operational standards and brand integrity Conducting regular store visits to coach, uplift and energise Supporting product flow, stock health and replenishment execution Creating strong cross-functional connections with support teams About You You’re a seasoned Area or Cluster Manager who loves retail and knows how to turn strategy into action.
