We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our dynamic team at Subaru Artarmon and Waitara. Representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal and Foton – a global leader in commercial vehicles now making its mark in Australia.
Responsibilities
* Partner with both in-store and online teams to provide Finance & Insurance (F&I) support and manage escalated cases.
* Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
* Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
* Sell bundled products such as service plans and ensure they are correctly included in contracts.
* Manage end-to-end commercial applications and support customers from the Business Development Centre.
* Follow up on cash deals to maximize F&I opportunities while maintaining compliance with FSRA, privacy, and legal standards.
About You
* Previous experience in financial services, with accreditation by relevant financiers and exposure to the automotive industry (F&I) considered desirable.
* Proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments, with strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with confidence using MS Office and digital platforms.
* Customer-focused approach with adaptability to diverse needs and situations.
