Job Overview
As a key member of our New Energy business unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of electrical projects.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing project closeout activities, developing and implementing closeout checklists, and coordinating with project teams to address defects or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day O&M activities, including monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Manage project closeout activities, including the development and implementation of closeout checklists and procedures to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
* Coordinate with project teams to address and rectify any defects or issues identified during the closeout process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
* Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience within the Renewables or Utilities EPC projects.
* Familiarity with defect management processes and ability to effectively coordinate defect resolution activities.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Willingness to travel to project sites across Australia as required.
