About the Role
The position is strategically important, helping to uphold current commitments while building long-term success foundations.
The Implementation Officer will support implementation, compliance, and administration of Ngarluma obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure continuity in governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
* Coordinate deliverables across key areas, including employment, heritage, environmental management, and business development.
* Maintain regular stakeholder engagement.
* Scope and deliver initiatives aligned with the Relationship Agreement and Strategic Plan.
* Manage project budgets and exercise financial delegations in line with policies.
* Report on project performance and collect information for output reporting and briefings.
About You
You will be a highly organised professional with strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-cultural environments.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated ability to work with Indigenous people at community and organisational levels.
* Proven ability to manage projects in cross-cultural and remote contexts.
* Experience managing project budgets and exercising financial delegations.
* Strong reporting skills, including collection and preparation of information for performance and output reporting.
* Competent computer skills and capacity to adapt to new technology.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
