About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse, you will support clinical leadership and act as a key escalation point on shift while continuing to deliver hands‑on resident care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting clinical leadership and acting as senior RN on shift
* Conducting clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation
* Medication management and clinical oversight
* Supporting junior nurses and care staff
* Assisting with audits, accreditation, and continuous improvement
* Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential aged care
* Ready to step up into a Clinical Nurse role (leadership development supported)
* Strong clinical judgement and willingness to learn
* Good understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance
* Willingness to relocate to Tasmania
