About the Role

You will work closely with chefs, hospitality operators, and wholesale distributors to strengthen our presence in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food businesses across Northern NSW including Central Coast, Newcastle, Dubbo, Tamworth, and Coffs Harbour.

This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone with a cheffing background looking to step into a commercial role. You will manage key accounts, ensure product distribution, and build strong relationships with chefs and foodservice clients.

Responsibilities

* You will build relationships with chefs, distributors, and key foodservice customers.
* You will develop sales opportunities, leveraging your food industry knowledge.
* You will drive product awareness and category growth in commercial kitchens.
* You will manage and execute sales initiatives, ensuring strong customer engagement.
* You will work closely with marketing and operations to deliver on customer needs.
* You will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

About You

* You have experience as a chef, in hospitality, or in foodservice sales.
* You have a passion for food and strong knowledge of commercial kitchens.
* You have excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* You can work independently and thrive in a field sales role.
* FMCG or wholesale distribution experience is highly regarded.
