The Wendouree Centre for Performing Arts (WCPA) opened in 2006 and was developed in partnership between Ballarat Grammar and the wider Ballarat community. The Centre is host for a wide variety of community events including intimate live theatre, acoustic concerts, comedy, orchestral concerts, dance recitals, public lectures and seminars, accommodating many dance and theatre school gala performances, along with local school graduation ceremonies. Ballarat Grammar's Music and Drama students also use the Centre and the associated rehearsal rooms, composition laboratory and tutorial rooms.

The Box Office Assistant is responsible for the provision of high quality customer service and financial transactions to all visitors and stakeholders of the WCPA.
We are also seeking applications for people interested in becoming a Front of House Supervisor. The role is responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the team of WCPA Box Office Assistants and WCPA Volunteer Ushers throughout a rostered event.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
* Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar's values.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
* Experience within a similar customer service position.
* Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team.
* Experience using a variety of computer systems and procedures, including ticketing and EFTPOS systems.
