CAS Cloud Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CAS Basis Consultant to assist with shaping and managing our journey towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist subject matter expertise across the technical operations of systems and applications in the cloud, ensuring seamless delivery execution of cloud application support services for private and public cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have gained relevant technical expertise through successful customer implementation projects and/or continuous operations support engagements. As a self-starter, they will need to be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and be willing to lead/participate in working groups, internal initiatives, and assist other team members in helping to create a lasting, customer-centric market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enabling and mentoring internal and external delivery teams, including quality assurance and continuous upskilling
* Leading the maintenance of complex SAP landscapes by providing technical expertise and support
* Resolving incidents and handling customer requests
* Acting as a trusted integration point between CAS and SAP solution/product areas
Requirements:
* Minimum 10+ years of SAP technical administration experience with SAP Basis skills
* Knowledge & experience on setup, administration, and operations of SAP solutions
* Experienced supporting Presales, Solution Proposals, Bid Management with Account teams
* Strong experience leading Basis support transition within defined scope and schedule
* Language Skills: Fluent in English spoken and written is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP-certified in NetWeaver and/or S/4HANA system administration
* Strong experience implementing, upgrading, and supporting mission-critical SAP applications
* Well-versed with Business Technology Platform, offerings, and Basis support function, including technical integration
* Highly skilled in delivering SAP Basis tasks, but not limited to Certificate Management and Trust Configuration, System Refresh, Performance Tuning, Solution Manager Configuration, SAP Transport Management, and CTS+
