Associate/Principal Landscape Architect to lead the launch of our new Gold Coast studio. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic Queensland team, working on a variety of exciting projects that enhance the natural and built environment and enrich community and Country.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Studio Lead, Queensland and Leadership Team to develop and implement landscape design projects.Assist in the preparation of design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings.Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.Lead, develop and mentor a team of landscape architects.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative design solutions.Manage projects including task management, scope, variations, resourcing, budgeting and scheduling.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
