Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the sales team across VIC, NSW, or QLD to achieve key business objectives Managing internal paperwork including invoicing, project quoting, and product run-downs Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure projects and orders are processed efficiently Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all sales activities Leveraging technology and business systems (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.) to streamline workflows Providing administrative support that directly impacts the company's sales performance and customer satisfaction CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: We're looking for someone with a strong administrative background and the ambition to grow within a sales environment.
