Due to continued growth, we're looking for a driven Project Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you'll manage and oversee insurance repair projects from initial work orders through to completion. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role that requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate multiple insurance repair projects simultaneously
* Liaise with clients, insurers, trades, and suppliers
* Ensure works are scheduled, budgeted, and completed on time
* Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with insurance industry requirements
About You
* Previous experience in insurance building works is essential
* Experience working with RACQ is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Proficient with Prime Ecosytem
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
