Our Program Management team is looking for a dedicated Construction Manager to lead diverse key projects and partner with major clients across Queensland. We need a highly capable and motivated engineer to join a Queensland office—Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast or Townsville.
This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership potential who can support programs of work with large clients, manage projects and provide solutions, while helping grow our regional Queensland capability. You will ensure construction projects are delivered to approved designs and specifications, with a strong focus on safety.
How you'll make a difference
* Lead end‐to‐end project delivery for our QLD Program Management team, including bidding, contract administration, variations, claims and commercial risk.
* Support client‐facing activities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Mentor, lead and develop project teams, building capability within the business.
* Support design reviews, constructability assessments, and claims/assessments.
* Contribute to business growth through work‐winning initiatives and program development.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ required or eligible to obtain).
* Proven experience leading major civil infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and project frameworks.
* Strong project leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
* Generalist mindset with exposure to multiple engineering disciplines.
* Demonstrable experience delivering large civil infrastructure projects, with State Government highly advantageous ideally with TMR.
