About the role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and visionary educator to lead our Senior School (Years 7–12). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Senior School into our next phase of growth.
A member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Head of Senior School (HoSS) will contribute to the strategic direction and effective operation of the College in collaboration with the Principal, Deputy Principal and Head of Junior School. The HoSS is responsible for the daily management and operation of all aspects of the Senior School and is expected to provide leadership to staff, students and the wider College community.
This full‐time position will commence in Term 4 2026 or January 2027 by negotiation. Applications close on Thursday 16 July 2026.
Responsibilities
1. Provide dynamic and servant‐hearted leadership for the Senior School
2. Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and NESA compliance
3. Foster innovative and engaging learning environments
4. Support staff development, wellbeing, and professional growth
5. Oversee student wellbeing and pastoral care processes
6. Cultivate a positive, Christ‐centred school culture
7. Promote academic excellence and personal growth in every student
8. Contribute to co‐curricular programmes, camps, chapels, and events
9. Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community

23. A recognised degree in Education
24. NESA accreditation
