Database Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Database Expert to join our team in Canberra.
* Administer, maintain and optimize Oracle databases across Exadata platforms.
* Perform routine database tasks including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades and performance tuning.
* Monitor database performance, diagnose issues and implement remedial actions to maintain optimal system health.
* Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in large complex environments.
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata.
* Experience working within secure government or defence environments.
* Ability to troubleshoot both database and Exadata infrastructure issues.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
