**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Delivering responsive and effective day-to-day HR services and solutions.
- Coordination of Capral's Vision and Values Program.
- Recruitment coordination, ad placement and contract generation.
- HR systems administration and onboarding for new employees.
- Assisting with overseas visa preparation in conjunction with directions from Capral's immigration agent.
- Backup support to Payroll coordinator when on leave.
- Managing HR admin and documentation across the employee lifecycle (ie: new employee paperwork, contract variations, ER documentation).
- Supporting various HR projects in line with the business and team needs.
- Ensuring legislative compliance - Fair Work Act, associated legislation and Modern Awards.
- Creating, leading, and completing monthly reporting for the HR function.
- Assisting with ongoing update and management of company policies and business practices.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications within HR (desired, but not essential).
- Knowledge of Datacom payroll systems and Expr3ss (are desirable but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine willingness to learn and to take ownership of role - must have the ability to manage priorities.
- ability to undertake occasional travel (interstate - if required).
