We are a busy and friendly trade/service business based in Brisbane and are looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team.
This is an entry-level role and is ideal for someone who is keen to build their administration career and learn on the job.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
* Creating and updating jobs in ServiceM8
* Booking and scheduling jobs and appointments
* Entering and maintaining customer information
* Assisting with invoices and basic office administration
* Managing emails and documents using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* General office support to the team
About you
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
* Has good communication and customer service skills
* Is organised and pays attention to detail
* Is comfortable using computers and basic office software
* Can work well in a small, busy team environment
Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service is helpful, but not essential. Training will be provided.
Experience with ServiceM8 will be highly regarded.
