We're looking for a passionate and driven individual that can promote Optus
solutions and drive engagement in select Harvey Norman stores within XX metro.
Up to 20 hours per week, including access to BIG rewards and benefits.
Your role and responsibilities include
- Confidently engage with customers as the first point of contact
- Increase sales opportunities through the interactive promotion of products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and have strong problem-solving skills
- Drive advocacy for Optus and demonstrate and build capability amongst stores teams through training and coaching
- An ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Preferred experience and attributes:
- Have worked in customer-facing promotional or retail environments
- Must be well presented, reliable, and able to work variable hours and days
- Be passionate about people
- Confident in engaging and building a relationship with customers and key
- stakeholders
- Strong communication and an adept understanding of customer needs
- A current Australian driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Retail hours including Thursday evening and weekend availability required
