About the Role
The role reports to the Capability Lead in the People & Capability Division which is responsible for the provision of Human Resources and Learning and Development capability across the business. This role will provide professional support to the team by developing quality resources and by maintaining our compliant training and assessment material in accordance with appropriate standards. This role will provide broader support to the training team including database management, reporting and audit assistance.

You are a proactive and organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You bring well-developed transferable administrative skills and feel confident navigating new systems and processes. You work well both independently and as part of a team, building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, can manage competing priorities, and enjoy supporting others to deliver great outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
* Engage with internal SMEs to ensure that training and assessment materials are compliant with TasRail, National and industry standard
* Maintain accurate data entry and ensure training records are kept up to date.
* Amend the suite of training and assessment materials including Version Control Log and archiving processes.
* Contribute to curriculum and resource development including amending and updating materials under the guidance of SME's
* Provide administrative support
* Act as a key point of contact for Trainers and Assessors, offering day-to-day support
* Coordinate Training contracts and registrations
* Develop and manage reporting on risks, training needs and outcome
* Other applicable tasks and projects as required.
