Offering a diverse range of fun, inspiring and creative cocktails, alongside globally influenced Modern Mediterranean cuisine.We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team, working full time hours (flexible for the right candidate).
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Helping maintain high levels of service delivery
* To demonstrate an attitude and passion that consistently exceeds the expectations of our standards.
* Support the Venue Manager in the overall running of the venue

About You
Ideally, you will have:
* 1 year working as a supervisor
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Proven understanding on how a restaurant operates
* Willing to be flexible and provide support to the team as required
* Ability to organise efficient work schedule and work under pressure
* Ability to delegate tasks in your areas whilst able to follow direction as required
