The role is working part-time hours (5 hours a day, Monday to Friday and can be completed during school hours) on a part-time fixed term temporary contract until the end of January 2026. This role is primarily working on-site at the Head Office in Sydney Road, Brunswick, Vic. Although some hours may be completed remotely, once training is completed, the role will primarily be based on-site.
The People Systems Administrator is responsible for administering and maintaining People Services systems including but not limited to UKG, PageUp, OKTA and Safety Champion. This role will also work closely with the Payroll Manager to assist in ensuring accurate, timely, end-to-end
payroll processing.
Your key responsibilities with include;
• Troubleshoot system issues for all UKG Ready, PageUp and OKTA users including managers, employees and candidates.
• Administer HR actions in UKG Ready including contract generation for all new starters, and other employment changes
• Maintain PageUp system data including applicant records, job requisitions and job status
• Contribute to new systems implementations
• Identify and contribute to ongoing systems and process improvements
• Maintenance of systems process documentation
• Monitor the shared People Services inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Liaise with new starters, managers and Payroll to ensure onboarding paperwork is correct and complete
• Timesheet and exception auditing and follow-up
• Preparing UKG Time data ready to import for payroll processing
• Workflow escalation regarding system tasks and time off
• Maintain cross system data consistency with expert attention to detail
• Auditing and system improvement projects
• System support – contact point for internal stakeholders
• Process documentation of system functionality

Ideally, you'll be available immediately and can commit to 5 hours a day Monday to Friday until end of January 2026. The hourly rate on offer is $45p/hr + 12% super. Experience with UKG Ready is essential and any experience with PageUp, OKTA and Safety Champion an advantage but not essential.
