Graduate Engineering Trainee Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious recent engineering graduate to join our team as a Graduate Engineering Trainee.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, working closely with experienced engineers and professionals. As a Graduate Engineering Trainee, you will be responsible for actively participating in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability initiatives, applying statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities, and investigating root causes of process failures to implement corrective actions.
You will contribute to the development of our site's manufacturing strategy, benchmark and adopt best practices to enhance systems and processes, and utilize the Integrated Asset Management Program and lean operating principles to maximize equipment effectiveness and reduce costs.
Additionally, you will collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, and sourcing teams, lead and support projects addressing key business needs, and provide technical support during process troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Civil, or Industrial), have no more than one year of full-time work experience, and demonstrate a passion for engineering and solving real-world problems.
Candidates should be practical and hands-on, enjoying field-based work, show interest in Automation Systems and have exposure to continuous improvement methodologies, and be comfortable explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
