Senior Service Technician Job Description

As a Senior Service Technician, you will be hands-on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements. You will work around servicing and maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the technology and consulting on its utilisation, optimisation, and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering or related fields
* Previous experience working in a client-facing environment in Radio, Wireless IP Networking or Microwave technology, CCTV, PAGA (Analogue, P25 & DMR experience highly favourable)
* Proven track record in maintenance of technical service procedures, PMI, and schedules
* Management of radio programming, testing and maintenance of code plugs
* Knowledge of ACMA regulatory landscape
* Currently hold a high-risk licence and have confidence in working at heights, EWP's and tower climbing
* Preparation of documents as required for implementation plans, site assessments / surveys, and reports (internal and external)
* Experience in a Technician/Service based role, with a track record of high-level customer service
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business
