Baaz Security Pty Ltd is a growing security services company providing professional and reliable security solutions across Western Australia. We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our team at our East Perth office.
About the Role
This is a key office-based role supporting the daily operations of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth communication, effective rostering, and efficient administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling phone and email enquiries
* Responding to staff queries and providing administrative support
* Preparing and maintaining staff rosters
* Arranging meetings and coordinating schedules
* Liaising with and maintaining up-to-date communication with clients
* Assisting with staff onboarding, management, and record keeping
* Supporting staff training activities (training conducted by management)
* Maintaining staff files, compliance records, and documentation
* General office administration duties as required
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-organised with good time management
* Confident handling phone enquiries and staff interactions
* Comfortable working with rosters, schedules, and basic reporting
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
