We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Administration Coordinator to join our team.
This role involves managing the administrative duties related to the Operating Theatres, providing comprehensive customer-focused service to surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, staff and secretaries.
Key responsibilities of this job include:
* Management of the administration of the Theatre bookings flow
* Coordinating all requirements for surgeon's theatre list
* Providing administrative support to the theatre complex and scheduling team

You will also bring:
* Intermediate-advanced skills utilising the Microsoft office suite with ability to maintain data entry accuracy
* Previous experience in theatre or hospital bookings (highly desirable)
* Experience using Patient Information Systems (highly desirable i.e. Meditech)
* Certificate in Medical Terminology (Desirable)
* Experience in hospital mainframe systems (Desirable)
* A professional phone manner with experience managing incoming and outgoing calls
* Proven ability to work in a customer service focused environment
