Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.Responsibilities Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex construction contracts, consultancy agreements, and procurement documentation to support project success.Provide strategic legal advice across all phases of project delivery, including risk allocation, insurance, bonding, and regulatory compliance.Manage disputes, claims, and litigation with confidence, including developing resolution strategies and engaging external counsel when required.Support contract administration and project execution by advising on variations, EOT claims, and contract interpretation, while actively participating in project meetings.Drive legal operations by delivering internal training, monitoring regulatory changes, supporting tendering processes, and aligning legal risk management with broader business goals.Qualifications and Skills Bachelor of Laws and a current Australian Practicing CertificateExtensive expertise in construction law, with a strong background advising on complex legal issues across major infrastructure and commercial projectsProven track record in large-scale infrastructure and commercial construction projectsExceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skillsHighly organised, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsCompany and Compliance ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
