What will you do?
Supervise and train team members
Monitoring stock control of mini bars, cleaning products, and linen
Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are adhered to, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards
Inspecting rooms to ensure they are cleaned to a 5-star standard
Assisting with guest enquires
More About You
2+ years' experience as a team leader and managing teams, as well as experience leading delivery of cleaning services
Previous experience organising periodical cleans
Computer literacy skills
Excellent communication, guest relationship, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work a rotating roster including morning and evening shifts, public holidays, and weekends
