With a team of over 200 staff nationally, we have built a strong reputation across all tiers of government, not for profit and commercial sectors.The Opportunity Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Senior Associate to join our Adelaide recruitment team.Reporting to the General Manager - Recruitment and HR Consulting, this role will focus on delivering recruitment and advisory services across all tiers of Government, Commercial and Not for Profit clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end to end Executive Recruitment servicesBuild and maintain strong client relationships and candidate networksUndertake talent mapping and workforce planning support for clientsContribute to business development across metropolitan and regional SAMaintain accurate records within CRM systemsEnsure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with the national McArthur teamMaintain an active presence in the market through networking and industry engagementAbout You We are seeking candidates that are organised, proactive and comfortable managing a range of assignments.
