Join our dynamic Strategy, Governance & Partnerships team at RAC Insurance as a Supplier Assurance Specialist. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our materially outsourced services and activities align with RAC Insurance Strategy, Service Provider Management policy and procedures and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting governance oversight, supporting contract owners, and driving a strong governance culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review Material Service Provider (MSP) arrangements/contracts ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory standards.- Provide assurance that material service provider arrangement services comply with regulatory and contractual requirements.- Facilitate periodic performance reviews of service provider agreements.- Support the review and development of key servicer provider management documents, including due diligence, service provider risk assessment, materiality assessments etc,- Maintain and review contingency plans for Material Service Provider (MSP) arrangements.- Promote awareness of service provider management policies, regulatory obligations, and prudential standards.- Lead initiatives to enhance governance practices and continuous improvement.- Support the maintenance and improvements of RAC Insurance service provider arrangements/contracts repository stored in Vendor Risk Management (VRM) System
What You'll Bring:
- Proven expertise in contract management and service provision assurance.- Strong vendor management and SLA negotiation experience.- An understanding of APRA standards and regulatory compliance.- Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.- Excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity.- IT Governance and audit background are advantageous.- Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is a plus.
