**Customer Service / Trade Store Consultant**
Our Client a leader in the supply of Gas and Welding products are looking for experienced **Customer Service / Trade Store Consultant** to join their friendly team.
**You will be responsible for**:
- First point of contact for incoming call enquiries
- Order management - etnering orders, ETAs, pricing and availaibility, back orders
- Managing showroom merchandise
- Maximising customer experience and satisfaction
**About you**:
- Experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Great work ethic with a positive attitude
- Reliable and dedicated for a great career opportunity
- As the successful applicant you will ideally have previous Customer Service experience. It will be your strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude that will see you excel in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn and start a career with a market leader._
