Salary - $40 p/h + super
Contract starting the 31/10/22 for 3 months
**This Role Offers**:
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Reporting to the Team Leader Operations.
- Providing administrative support across a variety of academic areas.
- Practical placement support, student and staff enquiry handling, timetabling, research support and coordination of appointments.
- Invoicing and payments, record keeping.
- Communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconciling corporate credit cards.
- Experience in providing administrative support within a large organisation (experience in the higher education sector may be advantageous);
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining compliance and accuracy;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish productive relationships at all levels and the ability to take direction and work productively both independently and as part of a team;
- Demonstrated high quality customer service skills with the ability to think laterally and quickly when identifying and delivering customers' requirements or assigned duties.
