About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Queanbeyan operation in a full-time capacity.
This role is supported by our national remote estimating team, allowing you to focus on accuracy, quality, and workflow management rather than being overwhelmed by volume. You will also play a key role in coordinating and balancing workloads between site and remote estimators to ensure efficiency and turnaround times are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Estimating smash and hail-damaged vehicles
- Estimating via both physical inspections and image-based assessments
- Coordinating with remote estimators to manage workflow and job allocation
- Supporting production and site managers with daily operations
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimating and/or parts interpreting
- Experience with NTAR (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage workload and coordinate with remote teams
