As a Digital Platform Coordinator (Web), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, high-performing online experience that brings our brand to life. Working at the intersection of marketing, product and digital, you'll ensure our websites are optimised, engaging and aligned to campaign and product launch strategies.
As a 9‐month Fixed Term Maternity Leave cover this is an opportunity to step into a fast‐paced, commercially driven environment where innovation, user experience and brand excellence are at the forefront. You'll coordinate website content, support digital initiatives and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects Milwaukee's premium positioning and drives engagement with our end users.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the creative quality, functionality, and usability of Milwaukee Tool's online presence by driving platform experience.
* Ensure all product listings are accurate, up to date, and consistent across Milwaukee Tool's Australia and New Zealand websites.
* Work closely with the Creative Services Team to create and optimise engaging landing pages using strong visual hierarchy, clear messaging, and user‐centred design principles.
* Develop and maintain rich, high‐quality content that enhances user engagement and supports strategic objectives.
* Contribute to the growth and execution of Milwaukee Tool's ANZ digital strategy.
* Collaborate with internal partners to deliver web‐based touchpoints to drive engagement across product launches, campaign activities and the customer journey.
* Assist in the development of the website activity plan, ensuring alignment of website messaging with other digital functions.
* Support the implementation of the digital roadmap across Milwaukee's online environments.
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute SEO program.
* Support website functionality improvements through testing, feedback, and recommendations.
Content & Asset Management
* Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand voice and style guidelines.
* Collaborate with the Brand team to maintain the Media Asset Library for ease of use and consistency.
* Document and update processes relating to website procedures.
* Manage files, plans, and documentation in accordance with Milwaukee Tool conventions.
Analytics & Reporting
* Deliver reporting and insights across all digital touch points and campaign activities.
* Provide recommendations based on performance data to improve user engagement and retention.
* Work with stakeholders across marketing, product, and brand teams to support website environments.
* Perform ad‐hoc duties as requested by management.
What you will bring to the role:
* Experience with Marketing Cloud (desired but not essential)
* Experience with ExactTarget and Radian6 (desired but not essential)
* Understanding of HTML and CSS (desired but not essential)
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware or other Enterprise Level web platforms or Content Management Systems (required)
* Experience with Salesforce (desired but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective.
* 2+ years of experience across digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of SEO best practice.
* Strong understanding of Google Analytics and analysis of performance.
