City of Newcastle, Australia is seeking a Ticketing Implementation Officer in the Civic Services team. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, working 21 hours per week.
You’ll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city.

- Play a key role in ticketing and website solutions for Civic Theatre
- Provide detailed project support across various strategies and tasks
- Contribute to overall project management
- Balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality project support within tight timeframes and effectively engage with key stakeholders
Notes on Role Content
The Ticketing Implementation Officer supports the coordination and delivery of a range of Business Improvement Program initiatives, specifically the ticketing software and website for the Civic Theatre.

- Remuneration: $57,115.47 + 17.5% annual leave loading + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 21-hour week
- 4 weeks of annual leave, 3 weeks of personal leave, plus 2 additional paid public holidays (pro-rata for part time)
