Key Role Details
- Hourly rate of $26.70 + Super + Incentives
- Operational Hours: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (AEST), Monday–Friday
- Full‑time only
- Location: Work from Home
- Initial equipment collection required in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Parramatta, and Perth
- Successful applicants must be able to collect IT equipment from the above locations
- Register now for future intakes
Who are you?
- Australian Citizen, 18 years or older
- Minimum broadband: 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload at home
- Passionate about customer service
- Eager to work towards goals and targets
- Confident and capable with computers and systems
- Existing experience within a contact centre setting – highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
