**Responsibilities**:
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of service technicians
- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates
- Handle billing and invoicing processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the plumbing industry is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
