About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Coordinator who is a Data Entry Superstar, to join our team at our Melbourne location. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day finance operations of our Travel & Experience & Cliqit departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing all functions relating to accounts payable, including supplier onboarding, receiving, coding, processing invoices to ensure efficient payment of accounts
* Performing all functions relating to accounts receivable, including checking and sending invoices, reconciling debtor accounts and monitoring & follow up overdue invoices
* End of month preparation
* Other Administrative tasks as needed
* Performing reconciliation for different products and services
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum two years' experience in accounts payable or receivable
* Comprehensive understanding of financial information including accounts receivable, payable
* Qualification in accounting, finance or business, desirable
* Outstanding computer skills especially accounting software like SAP, Microsoft Office Suite & Xero
* Strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills, excellent time management skills
* Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
* High attention to detail and ability to resolve problems
* Ability to adapt in a changing environment
