Accounts Administrator Role
This position involves processing deals in a timely and efficient manner for allocated brands, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to investigate discrepancies in accounts.
Maintaining high-volume email correspondence, general journals, manufacturer payments, warranty allocations, finance & insurance invoices, floorplan payouts, financier debtor payments, balance sheet reconciliations, and franchise-related tasks is essential.
This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, data entry proficiency, and intermediate Excel skills. Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment is also crucial.
