Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their Tweed Heads office. You'll work across a mix of residential and commercial projects, carrying out inspections, assessing approvals, and collaborating with an experienced and supportive team.
Responsibilities
Conduct building inspections across Northern NSW
Assess and issue approvals for Class 1 & 10 (Class 2–9 advantageous)
Ensure compliance with NSW building codes & local regulations
Work collaboratively with surveyors and autonomously as required
Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a qualified Building Surveyor in NSW
BPB Building Inspector/Surveyor licence (or eligibility)
Current car licence and capacity to travel for inspections
Experience with Class 1 & 10 approvals and inspections
Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team
