We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team at a remote mine site, approximately 2 hours north-east of Mildura.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily and weekly maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, workforce productivity, and production efficiency.
Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring maintenance scopes based on technical requirements, available resources, and operational priorities, as well as identifying performance risks and leading timely resolution strategies to minimize operational impact.
Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and development to a multidisciplinary maintenance team, fostering a high-performing and safety-conscious culture.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with mechanical maintenance within processing or mining, including pumping systems (both water and slurry) and solid understanding of SAP, mechanical maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.
A commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation, is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels, are also required.

About You
To be successful in your application, you will ideally need to possess:
* An Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate;
* Demonstrated experience with pumping systems (both water and slurry);
* Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary maintenance teams;
* Solid understanding of SAP, mechanical maintenance practices, including planning, execution, and troubleshooting;
* Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks, especially in high-pressure or breakdown situations;
* Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation;
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
