Looking for SAP Payroll Consultant in Sydney
Location:
Sydney, Australia
Salary Range:
AUD 127,971-141,157 (Annual Gross)
Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure and support
SAP AU Payroll
,
Personnel Administration
, and
Organisation Management
.
Handle
Schema configurations
for Time and Payroll in
Australia Public Sector
.
Configure
awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring
.
Implement and support
Single Touch Payroll
and ensure compliance with
AU legislation
.
Work on
H4S4 module
and
Employee Central Payroll
(preferred).
Deliver key project artefacts: Detailed Design, UT/ST Test Cases, Run Sheets, Backout Plans.
Lead and support
SIT, UAT, BVT
, and manage
Change Requests
.
Provide solutions for technical challenges and integration issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED
6–10+ years of SAP HR/PY consulting experience.
Recent (within last 2 years) hands-on experience with
AU Payroll
.
Strong understanding of
SAP HCM on S/4HANA
.
Experience with
integration
between SAP and other systems.
Knowledge of
HR domain
and
IT service management
, including risk management.
Experience with
H4S4
and
Employee Central Payroll
.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to drive
simplified processes
and foster a culture of
continuous improvement
.
ADDITIONAL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
