Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dietitian to join our team at CALHN. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nutrition and dietetic services across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to provide expert consultancy and support patients' recovery journeys.
You will undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide targeted education to patients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and have relevant experience working in a healthcare setting.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
