**Purpose of Position**
Reporting to the Group IT Support Manager, this role involves providing first and second line technical support, resolving IT issues, and ensuring an effective, customer-focused service.

**Key Tasks**
- Primary IT support for the APAC region of Awin including the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Monitoring the IT Support queue for incoming requests and providing support and information as required.
- Ensuring all support requests are assigned and resolved in a timely manner and within the team's SLAs.
- Managing user access in Active Directory, Azure active directory and Microsoft 365.
- Resolving software and hardware difficulties encountered by users.
- Liaising with external hardware and software support vendors as needed.
- Preparing devices for new employees.

**Skills & Expertise**
- Previous technical support experience, preferably within an office environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing technical support for both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience in providing technical support and guidance to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing training and documentation as needed.
- Experience with using project and issue tracking tools such as Jira to manage IT projects and support requests.
- Good knowledge of cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure and Intune, including an understanding of deployment and configuration processes.
- Familiarity with basic network concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP, and ability to troubleshoot common network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools such as ping, traceroute, and nslookup.
- Possess strong communication (both verbal and written), and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
- Exemplify a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, showcasing the ability to independently initiate and drive tasks forward.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
