Maintain school facilities to a high standard ensuring a safe clean and secure environment for pupils staff and visitors.
About This Role
We are seeking a Trust Primary Caretaker who is able to work independently as part of a team to maintain our school buildings and grounds.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance plumbing carpentry painting and other related skills.
They will be responsible for monitoring reporting on any defects or issues ensuring that all systems are operational and carrying out routine checks.
The role also involves opening closing the school premises daily monitoring security responding to alarms conducting site inspections and risk assessments.
A willingness to support cleaning staff and undertake emergency cleaning when needed is essential.
