About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing unit support and regional operations in collaboration with senior leadership.
This role involves undertaking operational command and control functions during specific local, regional, or state-wide operations. The incumbent will perform the Duty Officer function and/or Incident Management Team (IMT) role by maintaining appropriate accreditation.
Key responsibilities include business planning, developing and maintaining operational capability, and ensuring effective response to emergencies.
