We are currently looking for a General Manager for Mount Lofty, a 134‑bed residential aged care facility located in Toowoomba, Southeast Queensland.

About You

* Senior leadership skills across dynamic operations in a residential aged care facility, including accreditation standards, legislation and aged care funding.
* Highly collaborative, approachable and influential leadership style focused on clinical care and customer service.
* Superior communication skills (verbal, written) and appreciation for a multicultural workforce.
* Passion and commercial flair for profitability, developing occupancy sales strategies and a strong commitment to community and sector networking.
* Comfortable with KPIs, service levels, people engagement and workplace safety environments.
* Astuteness across P&L, budgeting and financial management.
* Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new facility.
* Solution focused and innovative to achieve staff engagement, resident outcomes and satisfaction.
* Knowledge of NDIS sector compliance requirements.
