We’re looking for a dynamic Change and Communications Manager to lead and drive the DC (Distribution Centre) Operations change management and communications strategy, including the execution of the full change journey for key stakeholders. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a brand-new automated distribution centre located in Truganina and shape the future of our supply network.
This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, boost our supply chain capabilities, and drive seamless integration across the entire business. As the Change and Communications Manager, you’ll craft and execute a cutting-edge change management and communications strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Technology, and key business stakeholders to understand current processes and assess the impact of change.
Designing innovative strategies that guide and support people throughout this transformative journey.
Shaping and executing change strategies that align with our business goals and core values, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic Change and Communications Manager with significant experience in delivering large, complex transformation initiatives.
In addition, you will have:
A practical and commercial understanding of change management, with an appreciation of its positive impact on organizations at all levels.
Impeccable communication skills across all channels, with a keen eye for detail.
A natural flair for facilitating and training others, with ease in collaborating across all levels.
Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries, with the ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in Supply Chain is highly regarded.
High emotional intelligence and an ability to thrive in a complex, changing environment.
